This is a simple approach to get out all of the holiday junk and back into healthy eating. Start by cutting out sweets and eating more fruits and vegetables. Add smoothies, tea and of course as much water as you can.
Avocado Cucumber soup
1/2 cucumber, peeled
zest of 1/2 lime
juice of a whole lime (use less next time if not making for a detox)
Whiz in blender until smooth.
